While home sales were off to a slow start for the year, mid-year data shows that we’re keeping pace in general and have seen some improvement in terms of time on the market and the ratio of list price to sale price.  In terms of number of homes sold and/or under contract is almost the same. As of 06/30/18 there were 63 sales and an additional 11 pending sales (74); as of 06/30/19 there have been 48 sales with an additional 28 pending sales.
